I really had an excellent experience at JP kidney care Ulwe. I am a 92 years old patient and had issue with my kidney and get chance to consult them. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Jyoti Bansode for the excellent care provided to my mother. She has been suffering from complex kidney problems (eGFR low, recurrent urine infections, long-term DJ stent, low urine output), along with multiple medical issues like anemia, cardiac weakness and post-cancer weakness.
When we first came to Dr. Jyoti, my mother’s kidney function was deteriorating, her urea & creatinine levels were rising, and mentally she was not stable due to uremia. We were very worried and confused about the treatment direction.

Dr. Jyoti handled the case with exceptional patience and knowledge. She explained every test clearly, identified the infection quickly, planned the right antibiotics, managed electrolytes, corrected anemia, and gave a proper diet and water plan. She avoided unnecessary medicines, guided us on which medicines are safe for the kidney, and always focused on protecting the kidney further.

Within a few weeks, my mother’s appetite improved, urine output became better, swelling reduced, her mind became clear, and overall she became active again. The best part about Dr. Jyoti is her calm approach — she listens, understands the family fear, and gives confidence with honest medical advice. Even in critical stages she guided us on how to manage at home and when to hospitalize.

We met many doctors before, but Dr. Jyoti made the biggest difference in my mother’s recovery.
Today my mother is stable and feeling much better. We are extremely thankful to her for her constant support and care.

How many lies will you people tell? We clearly informed multiple times that due to serious health issues and travel delays, we might reach a few minutes late — still, your team insisted we come. We somehow managed to reach before 7 PM, despite being in a terrible health condition, and yet you cancelled the appointment without any prior intimation!

Is this how you treat patients? Don’t you have even a bit of empathy? If you cannot wait for even 10–15 minutes, then please don’t give slots and play with someone’s health or life. Your careless and irresponsible attitude is completely unacceptable — such behaviour can put a patient’s life at risk.
