Very Disappointed and Frustrated!How many lies will you people tell? We clearly informed multiple times that due to serious health issues and travel delays, we might reach a few minutes late — still, your team insisted we come. We somehow managed to reach before 7 PM, despite being in a terrible health condition, and yet you cancelled the appointment without any prior intimation!Is this how you treat patients? Don’t you have even a bit of empathy? If you cannot wait for even 10–15 minutes, then please don’t give slots and play with someone’s health or life. Your careless and irresponsible attitude is completely unacceptable — such behaviour can put a patient’s life at risk.

Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior. I had a confirmed appointment, but after reaching the clinic, I was told that the doctor was not available. No prior information was given, which shows complete disregard for patients’ time and effort. It was a total waste of time, energy. Such irresponsible conduct is unacceptable from a medical professional.

Among the many nephrologist, I find her the best. All doctors are good but somewhere or the other they lack in communication or explaining and some are money minded.
